XR VisionDevCamp 2026 — Event Overview

Friday 26 June – Sunday 28 June, 2026 · Fukuoka, Japan.

A 2.5-day XR hackathon plus an AR Expo and pre-event training week, hosted across multiple sites in Fukuoka and culminating at CIC Fukuoka / Fukuoka One Building.

  • Fri 17:00 — Doors open / registration check-in / device demos
  • Fri 19:00 — Keynote
  • Fri 19:00 – 21:30 — Mixer, team forming, in-person hacking
  • Fri 21:30 — Hackathon starter whistle blows. Hacking begins! Break till Saturday.
  • Sat 10:00 — Engineer Café doors open: onsite hacking
  • Sat 11:00 — Tech talks for development tracks (STYLY, WebXR, Godot, Unity, Lens Studio, Xcode)
  • Sat 12:30 — Lunch break (snacks / coffee outside)
  • Sat 16:00 — Team checkpoint
  • Sat 20:00 — Announcements: recap schedule, Sunday plan, team submissions
  • Sat 22:00 — Cleanup, close up for the evening. Keep hacking at home.
  • Sun 10:00 — Engineer Café opens
  • Sun 12:00 — Final project submissions due
  • Sun 13:00 — Cleanup, move to CIC
  • Sun 13:30 — CIC project presentations begin
  • Sun 15:00 — Break, judging
  • Sun 16:00 — CIC XR VisionDevCamp awards ceremony
  • Sun 17:00 — Cleanup
  • Sun 18:30 — “No-Host” dinner
  • Sun 20:00 — “No-Host” afterparty TBA

Registration

Registration opens soon — sign up via the contact form for early notification.　　Registration on site is possible Friday and Saturday, but registration closes after Saturday of the event.
